Exchange Policy
At EzzShades, your satisfaction matters to us! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
The sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different color/style, or another item of equal value.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll process your exchange promptly and ship out your replacement.
